You can capture, assign and track defects and other issues in real time on your mobile device in both online and offline mode. Assigned Sub-Contractors are auto-notified by email with access to update the Status of the defect enabled via their mobile device. How to use Schiavello iAudit: --------------------- • Before you download the Schiavello iAudit App, it will be required that you have obtained your username and password login details from the Schiavello Construction Team. • Once logged in, you will get access to all Jobs assigned to you as a Contractor or an Auditor. • As an Auditor, you will be able to use this app in both offline and online mode on your mobile device to record all Defects or Dilapidation items you find during your inspection process as an Auditor. • Once you have completed your audit, you can sync the Inspection data back to the server in order to create a PDF Report via our web portal at iaudit.schiavello.com • As a Contractor, you will be able to use this app in both offline and online mode on your mobile device to update the Status of the Defect record assigned to you once the issue has been rectified.
